This policy explains how the Dallas Chapter of Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. ("the chapter," "we") handles information connected to tloddallas.org.

Information you choose to share

Our forms are provided by Constant Contact, our email and forms service. When you complete one, the information you enter is stored by Constant Contact and shared with the chapter volunteers responsible for that form. If you join our email list, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

If the Donate page is using our built-in contribution form, it is handled by our website host, Netlify. The details you enter (such as your name, address, contact information, and contribution amount) are shared with the chapter volunteers who keep contribution records. The form does not ask for card or bank details; payment is completed separately on our giving page.

We use the information you share only to respond to you and keep chapter records, and we do not sell or rent it.

Information about teens

Our Top Teens of America information request is meant for parents, guardians, and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Website analytics

If analytics are turned on, we use a privacy-respecting service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal information. It counts visits and pages viewed so we can improve the site.

Photographs

Photos on this site show chapter events. If you appear in a photo and would like it removed, please contact us and we will take care of it promptly.
